OUR BLACKBERRY ORDER NUMBER 2121
We ordered 30 units Blackberry Curve 8320 on 14 January and they were delivered on 18 January. I regret that 12 of them have problem with Trackball and OS.

The shipment contains 30 units Blackberry Curve 8320. After checking, it turns out there are 12 units damaged in the TrackballB and the OS. We regret this damage. we want the 12 units are damaged can be returned and exchanged with new ones immediately.

All goods are damaged we have separated from the warehouse. we expect in the near future we can receive 12 damaged goods with new ones
